● Exchange ideas, strategies, and helpful resources.
● Ask questions and learn from other families.
● Build connections with others who understand your journey.

There is no pressure to speak. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

Group Guidelines

● Be respectful and supportive of all participants.
● Keep shared information confidential.
● Allow everyone an opportunity to speak.
● Listen with empathy and without judgment.
● Please join from a quiet location when possible and mute your microphone when not speaking.

We look forward to creating a caring community where families can support one another and learn together.
