This group is for women who look for ways to re-balance their life, enhance their self-acceptance & self-approval.
Weight-loss is more than about nutrition and doing exercises, it is about the whole well-being of the person.
Fitness Trainers say that 70% of the weight is about what we eat, I would agree with this statement but what triggers the eating habits?
Often, underneath the extra pounds there are precepts, perceptions, believes and past conditioning that contribute to weight gain. Some of these believes and past conditioning do not serve us anymore, and can be changed over time.
Our community will discuss, exchange ways and ideas to approach weight-loss from different perceptive, positive ways that create positive changes in the whole person. Let's connect, begin to shift the perceptions about self-image, improve the relationship within ourselves and embark on a journey to increase awareness, to create a better YOU.
