Grief Cafe

Welcome and thank you for being part of this space. I'm Marie, a Life Coach and certified End of Life Doula. I will be your host for our time together.

If you have a story about loss, fears about death, curiosity about dying or seeking a space to share your grief, you've come to a group designed special for you.

These sessions will be held every 2nd (virtual) and 4th (in person) Wednesday of the month. Where, together, we will be creating an open space for conversations about death, dying and grief.

This is a group discussion where we will explore these thoughts, stories and also create space for learning and increased awareness of death to help you make the most of your own mortality.

This is a discussion and learning group, not a counseling session.
We will also explore books as part of these events.
