Annual profections are one of the oldest timing techniques in astrology, and once you understand them, birthdays begin to reveal an entirely new layer of meaning.

In this class we will explore how astrologers use annual profections to identify the themes and focus of each year of life. Every birthday activates a different house in the birth chart, creating a repeating 12 year cycle that highlights new areas of experience and growth.

The planet that rules the activated house becomes the Time Lord of the year. Think of it as the planetary guide leading that chapter of the story.

During this lecture we will explore

• What annual profections are and where this technique comes from in traditional astrology
• How the 12 houses activate in a repeating cycle across a lifetime
• How to calculate an annual profection year using age and the birth chart
• How to identify the Time Lord planet and what it means
• How astrologers combine profections with current planetary movements for deeper insight

We will also calculate annual profections together in class, so participants can immediately see what themes may be active in life right now.
