An Exploration of Dream Interpretation, Ancient Traditions, Psychology & Astrological Symbolism

What if our dreams reveal patterns that our waking minds have yet to recognize?

Throughout history, dreams have been viewed as messages from the gods, glimpses into the unconscious, prophetic experiences, and reflections of our emotional and psychological lives.

From ancient dream temples to modern psychology, humanity has continually searched for meaning in the mysterious world of sleep.

In this Adventures in Astrology & Higher Education class, we'll explore the fascinating relationship between dreams, astrology, mythology, psychology, and consciousness.

We'll investigate how planetary archetypes, zodiac signs, astrological houses, and transits can provide symbolic frameworks for examining our dream experiences.

What We'll Explore
Dreams in Ancient Civilizations: Dream incubation, Egyptian and Greek dream temples, prophetic traditions, and the historical relationship between astrology and divination.

The Astrology of Dreams: The Moon, Neptune, Mercury, and the symbolism of the 4th, 8th, 9th, and 12th houses.

Carl Jung & Dream Psychology: Archetypes, shadow figures, recurring symbols, and the collective unconscious.

Planetary Archetypes in Dreams: How Saturn, Pluto, Venus, Mars, and other planets might appear symbolically through dream characters, locations, and experiences.

Dreams & Planetary Transits: Exploring possible symbolic connections between dream themes, lunar cycles, retrogrades, and significant planetary transits.

Lucid Dreams, Nightmares & Recurring Dreams: Different types of dreaming, what science tells us about them, and how various traditions interpret their significance.

Dream Journaling & Interpretation: Practical techniques for documenting dreams and comparing recurring themes with natal chart placements.

Interactive Class Experience
Participants are invited to bring a memorable, recurring, or unusual dream to discuss.

Together, we'll examine its symbols through several perspectives, including psychological interpretation, mythology, and astrology. We'll also explore how to identify relevant natal placements and current transits without assuming every dream has a predetermined meaning.

No previous knowledge of dream interpretation is necessary.

Who Is This Class For?
This class is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced astrologers, dream researchers, and anyone interested in psychology, mythology, spirituality, and the mysteries of consciousness.

Our approach combines historical traditions, modern research, and symbolic exploration while distinguishing established scientific findings from spiritual and astrological interpretations.

Come prepared to explore one of the most mysterious experiences we share: the world we enter when we fall asleep.
