This is not therapy — but it is a trauma-informed space for reflection, tools, and connection.

I created this circle because I continue to see so many women who can’t afford therapy but still deeply need safe space, guidance, and sisterhood. This is one way I’m bridging that gap — with care, integrity, and strong boundaries.
