This group is for anyone who wants to become more of who they are and transforming and evolving after experiencing a past that they are ready to move on from. It can be a personal or professional change or that you are ready to commit to getting out and meeting new people.
Your organizer, Jennifer is well versed in event planning, community building and socializing and invites people to share their ideas to keep this group energized and fun!

This 90-minute virtual event will include meditation, community shares, journal prompting and reflection and strategies to stay grounded, motivated and focused during times of change and transformation.
Investment: $10 by December 21, 2025
Link will be emailed following receipt of payment.
You will be guided by Jennifer, an experienced retreat and meditation facilitator, community builder and space holder for people who are navigating change.
