Auction and Economic Games

Let's play some games about auctions, stocks, making money, or turning one resource cube into another resource cube. Some examples we will have on hand are below:

High Society. All the trappings of high society require spending to fit in and be the best. Spend your money to showcase your luxurious life af dressage, champagne, and vacationing while avoiding scandals to earn the most points. But beware, spend the most and you lose.

Power Grid. Spend money wisely on power plants, the fuel to run those power plants, and expansion into new markets as you strive to become the largest energy

Ra. A unique auction that twists the question, rather than asking how much the lot is worth ask instead how much value can you get out of your limited sun disks.

Wabash Cannonball. Invest in and operate railroads, forming partial alliances between players as you push to expand companies west towards Chicago. At the end, the goal is simple: have the most money.
