​This Saturday, April 4th, is a quite special day. In numerology, 4/4 represents stability and building solid foundations. Falling on the Saturday of the Easter season, it’s a sacred window to honor what needs to die within us so we can truly rise in a more powerful, aligned version of ourselves.
​We invite you to a Walking Meditation by the shore: an immersive somatic experience designed to help you stop thinking about your body and start being the body.

Through dynamic movement and conscious breathing, we adjust our constant state of alert to enter a space of absolute presence.
​It is the ultimate bridge between external chaos and your internal coherence.
