Write Jozi
Details
Join Write Jozi for a magical writing workshop experience, to see if our full 10-week flagship writing course is for you. The 9th April is Session One.
Write Jozi is for anyone interested in writing, no matter their background, experience or English ability. If you'd like to finish a manuscript, learn how to write a novel, share your poetry, develop an anthology of short stories, or embark on a non-fiction project like self-help, autobiography, or something topical, we have payment plans available, and discounts for students and over 65s.
What to expect from Write Jozi: expert tuition from experienced, published writers, book coaching for the duration of the course, in-depth feedback on your writing, readers for your work, creativity, and a community in-person experience.
If Write Jozi is not for you, you have no obligation to continue, no questions asked. That's why we invite you to only purchase a ticket for the first session. This gives you the opportunity to discover your writing potential without the commitment - until you're sure. Visit www.writejozi.co.za for more information.
Session One: 9th April, from 09:30am-11:30am.
Venue: 45 Lurgan Road, Parkview, Jhb (we use St Columba's Church, opposite the lovely George Hay park).

Where to purchase a ticket: our event is listed on both Webtickets and Quicket. Links to ticket purchases are available on our website. Links to our email are also on the website. Alternatively, you can contact Jacqui through Meetup for any queries.
Write Jozi has been delivering outstanding workshops since 2024. We've mentored many writers, supported their goals, ignited imaginations, encouraged different genres, given publishing advice, and created friendships. Our values are craft, creativity, community and diversity.
Workshops are in-person group sessions. The vibe is joyful and non-competitive. All levels, all welcome!
