Let’s skip the surface and get real.
This group is for anyone — locals, expats, digital nomads, wanderers, seekers — up to their 50s, from any background or nationality, who are craving real connection in an increasingly curated, disconnected, and anxiety-driven world.

We’re living through a time of global instability — war, political division, economic pressure — and it's affecting all of us, whether we talk about it or not.

We’re here to talk about the real stuff:

• The loneliness no one posts about
• The pressure to “have it together”
• The burnout, shame, and self-doubt
• The search for meaning
• The tiny joys and heavy truths of being human in 2025

There’s no judgment, no fixing, and no pretending.
Just space — to be seen, heard, and maybe even surprised by how much we all carry and how much we all need each other.

P.S This is what I, as an American feel I need this week.
