Taco Friday~Fish Tacos & Quesadillas!!!

This is Taka, the owner-chef of TEXMEXTMXCN.
I'm a music producer, dance coach, and body therapist with a creative sensibility cultivated through years in Los Angeles.
On June 20th, we’re hosting a special event: “Taco Friday”
at our hidden Mexican spot in Chitose-Karasuyama, TEXMEXTMXCN.
We’ll be serving a special menu made with handmade, blue corn tortillas — crafted fresh in-house.

Baja Style Fish Taco
Crispy white fish in a light beer batter,
topped with fresh tomato pico de gallo for brightness,
and finished with spicy salsa that complements the warm, toasty tortillas.

Mexican Style Quesadilla
Rich, melty cheese wrapped in our handmade blue corn tortilla.
The flavor deepens with every bite — blending the richness of cheese, the aroma of herbs,
and the umami of the filling into something simple, soulful, and satisfying.
