“MINDFULNESS MEETUPS” is a group that meets to explore, learn about, and grow in the practice of mindfulness in everyday life. Mindfulness is not just meditation. Mindfulness is a way of life. The practice of mindfulness can be found in the ancient teachings of Buddah as well as contemporary authors such as Melanie Barnes. Many people who practice mindfulness have some type of quiet space or meditation. Your day might start with a short meditation or quality quiet time, but mindfulness is not just for mornings or alone time.

The group will meet virtual and in person. Topics such as how mindfulness can affect stress, personal peace, grieving, or relationships will be discussed. The group is open to anyone who practices, or wants to explore mindfulness.
