Peace Begins With You

When you go to bed do you feel like you barely survived another day? Or, Do you feel like you thrived and enjoyed your day? Is a “feel good movie” the only place you find peace?

This virtual Meet Up will explore practices and mindful attitudes to apply in everyday life. “Mindfulness” is not religious or non religious. The practice of mindfulness can be found in the ancient teachings of Buddah as well as contemporary authors such as Melanie Barnes.

Basic structure of this event will me; short breathing exercie, presentation and discussion of a topic of mindfulness, and a 10 minute guided meditation.

THIS WEEK'S TOPIC: "IMPERMANACE AND THE CAUSE OF SUFFERING"

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Discussions will be both general explorations of mindfulness, and practical application of tools to use in everyday life.
