Join us for a Saturday morning outdoor workout designed to build strength and get the heart rate up. This session will focus on functional movements that translate to real life, think bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and dynamic circuits that challenge your strength, balance, and endurance.
All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re just getting started or already on your journey, you’ll be able to move at your own pace while still getting a great workout in.
Expect good energy, supportive women, and a fun way to kick off your weekend feeling strong and accomplished. Bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and a mat if you have one.
