About us
This group is for anyone who has ever walked past a unique building or a historic neighborhood and found themselves stopping to wonder about its history and design. We are a casual collective of beginners who appreciate architecture but do not necessarily have a formal background in the field. Our goal is to simply get out into the city, walk around together, and look more closely at the built environment that surrounds us every day.
We meet once or twice a month to visit local spots that catch our eye, whether it is a preserved Victorian home, a striking piece of mid-century modern design, or an interesting public space. There is no pressure to be an expert here; we are just a group of curious people who enjoy sharing observations and learning a bit more about the stories behind the facades. If you enjoy slow walks, good conversation, and discovering hidden details in our local landscape, we would love to have you join us for our next outing.
