Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative sound bath session led by two expert sound and Reiki practitioners, Jennifer and Jonathan. This immersive experience incorporates a variety of instruments, including sound bowls, wave drum, chimes, rain stick, and more, to envelop you in the healing vibrations of sound. Both Jennifer and Jonathan enhance this experience by integrating Reiki with their sound healing practices, playing dueling bowls and instruments to deepen your relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, eye pillow, blanket, or any other items that will help you feel relaxed and supported throughout the session.
