Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any comfort items you wish (i.e. eye mask). You just lay and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, wave drum and many other instruments. This is a relaxing and often meditative experience. No experience necessary.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the service, as other services may be in session directly before this service.
