Puppy Yoga offers a one-of-a-kind yoga experience that merges the calming effects of yoga with the delightful presence of cute puppies. This practice helps you relax and relieve stress while deepening your connection with your furry companion.

Puppy yoga classes are a fantastic way to socialize the puppies before meeting their new families. Gentle interactions with humans reduce their stress when joining their new homes.

Experience the cutest activity in town! Start with 45 minutes of all-level flow Yoga, surrounded by playful puppies in our studio. Then it is Puppy time! Cuddles, pictures and playtime with the puppies for 30 minutes.

Our staff members will make you feel at home. They will welcome you, give out safety and hygiene instruction and clean up the mess of our furry friends. Puppy breeds are not guaranteed and may vary at the last minute. Breeds are announced up to 3 days before the weekend on our Instagram pages. They are vaccinated and participate to the class right before joining their new homes.

We partner with local breeders around each city (1hour max).
Puppies joining our classes are between 8 and 12 weeks old.
