Ballerina (6/6/25) @ Regal Huebner Oaks

It’s only a month until the John Wick franchise is back on the big screen — this time, with the Oscar-nominated Ana de Armas in the lead. The new trailer for Ballerina shows de Armas in action as Eve Macarro, a Russian ballerina-turned-assassin. She has an eye for vengeance against the men who killed her family. But de Armas isn’t alone. Keanu Reeves makes his anticipated return as John Wick.

Ballerina takes place in between John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum and John Wick: Chapter 4. It expands the assassin role originally played by Unity Phelan with de Armas’ take on the character. The film comes two years since audiences saw Reeves in the fourth entry in the John Wick series.
