Drive-Away Dolls (2024) / Thelma and Louise (1991) @Black Potion

As part of Ladies Month at Black Potion this double feature showcases two pair of women on the run from a plethora of menacing men.

First, as preparation for the second part of an Ethan Cohen trilogy, Honey Don't!, we have the film that started it all, Drive-Away Dolls, the mad-cap crime caper starring Margaret Qualley, Geraldine Viswanathan, Pedro Pascal (yes, he's everywhere), and Matt Damon.

The second film of the evening is the Academy Award winning, Ridley Scott classic, Thelma & Louise, starring Susan Sarandon, Geena Davis, Brad Pitt, Harvey Keitel, and the late Michael Madsen. This one will leave with tears in your eyes and fists pumping.

As always, the movies are FREE at Black Potion, with snacks and a large selection of craft beers, so bring your friends, even bring your own eats, and come hang out with us!

6:00pm – Drive-Away Dolls (2024): Ethan Coen's crime caper with sapphic flair.
7:40pm – Thelma & Louise (1991): The ultimate road movie—and still a fist-pumping classic.
