This is a place to meet up and understand how to buy your residence & sell your residence. Asking questions on how to stop renting and own your own home. It is also, how to best sell, when is the best time to sell, and what actually does Market Ready mean. This group will have quarterly meetups around King County at different Breweries, wineries, coffee shops and other interesting places. It is a safe place to talk with a Mortgage Loan Officer & Realtor. No pressure to utilize either professional - but to help you find the answers and resources you need to own your own place or sell your place. We will also talk about the 1% gimmick, commissions and what I believe you should get from your agent for 3% commission.
