About us
This group is for beginners who enjoy gentle movement and the peace of practicing outdoors. We meet in local parks to explore basic yoga poses, mindful breathing, relaxation techniques, body awareness, and the simple joy of stretching in the fresh air.
No pressure to be flexible or know any poses in advance. Come to explore movement, hear your breath, discover how good it feels to slow down, and meet friendly local people who genuinely enjoy starting something new.
