There’s a feeling beyond words — the quiet certainty that you are safe, held, and exactly where you belong. In German, it’s called Geborgenheit. Geborgenheit — a German word with no perfect English translation — describes the deep feeling of being safe, warm, and truly at home in yourself or with others. It’s more than comfort. It’s trust. It’s belonging. It’s knowing you can simply be, without fear or pretense.

Join us for an evening of open discussions, small group activities, and sharing experiences related to "belonging".
Programme:
1st hour of the meet up conversation will be dedicated to soft introductions, easy flow conversations, settling in...:

- 5-10 mins - Greetings and Salutations:-) I will make sure to go around to introduce myself and greet you personally, invite you in and make sure everyone is feeling comfortable
- 10 min guided gratitude breathwork
- 5-7 min- mindful body scan to release the day and be in the here and now
- 10-15 min Nomad story by Asali
- 20-25: invitation to choose a person/group sitting next to you, across from you (you choose each other) and engage in a conversation about "belonging"

10-15 min break for any hot or cold drink. ( there will be some tea/coffee provoded, ferl free to being your own beverage / snack if you want.

2nd hour of our circle conversation dedicated to any insights you would like to share either individually or in your chosen group:

30-40 min dedicated to discussions if anyone would like to share what they have discussed with their chosen partner/group:
You could begin by introducing each other- you can talk about 3 things you both learned about one another, and also share what you both took away from the discussion, it can also be a topic that is related to the sense of "belonging". Take turns to share the insights.

Last 10 minutes or so, ill guide you through a simple Breathwork session to provide more grounding and the rest of the time we can dedicate to any one on one discussions or perhaps you would like to sit in silence? :-) some blankets will be provided, feel free to bring a polster/yoga mat/pillow(s).
