Moel Morfydd from Carrog

A 10 mile circular walk with 2,700 feet of ascent starting from the village of Carrog which is just off the A5 approximately 6 miles past Llangollen. The route follows parts of the Clwydian Way and Dee Valley along undulating green paths and stoney tracks. From the summit of Moel Morfydd (weather permitting) we should have fine views of the surrounding AONB. The walk starts and finishes at The Grouse Inn, which can be found acrosss the 5-arch bridge in Carrog. Meet in the car park behind the pub by 9:45 for a prompt 10:00am start.
