Ford Circular

A circular walk from the parish village hall (SY5 9LU) in Ford 5 miles west of Shrewsbury on the A458 Welshpool Road. Turn right into Butt Lane then first left (The Leasowes) and the hall is on the right with ample parking. The route is 5 miles easy with some stiles following green lanes and paths and minor roads before looping back to Ford via Chavel.
There is the Gates pub just at the town edge away from Shrewsbury if you need post-walk refreshment. Usual break around halftime so bring a drink and / or snack.
