From Dave Brackwell, who will be leading this Sunday walk with a difference.

He plans to start from Little Stretton and walk the hills on the eastern side of A49. Ascending the Ragleth then on to Caer Caradoc and on over the Lawley. After a short break the plan is then to return, via the same route, back to Little Stretton.
The total route is 16miles with 5,000ft of elevation and with fine weather everyone familiar with the area knows there will be great walking and great views.

There is the option to walk the whole route or, like me, join in around 12.30pm(tbc) at the northern end of the Lawley for the 8mile return leg back to Little Stretton and some much deserved rehydration.
As always dogs are welcome but the risk to livestock means they must stay on their leads.

For those interested in joining us it is probably best to message Dave directly as there will need to be some juggling of cars and starting times for the second leg.

In the event of really adverse weather we can tweak the route accordingly.
