Ercall and Wrekin

Meet at bottom of Wrekin main path. We'll head off towards the Ercall, making a short sharp ascent to warm up. Then through Limekiln Wood, and over fields towards the Wrekin. Another steep ascent as we'll go up the southern end. On the descent we'll turn off to go "all the way round the Wrekin."
Approx 10.5 miles, 2200 feet of ascent.
Plenty of post-walk pubs to choose from!

There is a short bit of walking along a road, no stiles that I can recall.
Dogs may come, but please keep on a lead at all times.

There's a one-way system on roads near the Wrekin, so park where you can, and meet at the bottom ready for 9.30 start prompt.
There is a new car park called Donkey Field carpark (£4 for 12 hours), and some free road side parking.
