Pizza night

Led by founder and pizza chef Arpan “AP” Patel and named after his daughter’s nickname, “Lucky,” Lucky Dough’s concept showcases sourdough-based Neapolitan-style pizza with premium ingredients. Lucky Dough was recently named one of the 50 best pizzerias in the country by 50 Top Pizza. Even with a permanent downtown Pensacola location that he opened in 2025, Lucky Dough continues to operate with an outdoor, wood-fired pizza oven that traces back to its early farmers market days. The permanent space now accommodates expansive outdoor seating and a beautiful tile-work bar serving beer and wine to pair with the pizzas.
