30s Girls Trip to Camber Sands

Make the best use of the sunny weather and join us on a trip to Camber Sands! There aren't many sandy beaches in the UK, but this one is one of them, tucked near a lovely, calm, medieval town - Rye, in East Sussex.

All you have to do is:

1. Buy the ticket in the screenshot added to this post.
2. Comment on the event you bought it.
3. Pack some snacks, a beach towel or a blanket (take your bathing suit too, just in case), take your sun cream. Bring some board games or a Frisbee plate (if you have one).
4. Check the below itinerary and don't forget to RSVP.

## 🌸 Girls’ Itinerary – Rye & Camber Sands (1 pm – 5:15 pm)

1:00 – 1:50 | Lunch in Rye

• Meet in Rye and head straight to a spot for food. Some options:
• The Fig → trendy café, great for light healthy bowls, flatbreads, cocktails.
• Marino’s Fish Bar → classic seaside fish & chips.
• The Standard Inn → cosy pub with hearty plates.
• Takeaway option: grab sandwiches/pastries for later snacking at the beach.

1:50 – 2:00 | Walk to Rye Station Bus Stop

• Catch the Stagecoach 102 bus to Camber Sands (~10–12 mins).

2:15 – 2:30 | Arrive & Beach Setup

• Cross the dunes, set up your beach blankets, and snap photos with the sandscape.

2:30 – 3:30 | Chill & Chat

• Relax, play music, and unwind together.
• If you grabbed pastries or drinks in Rye, enjoy them as a beachside treat.

3:30 – 4:15 | Sea Fun

• Paddle in the water or a proper dip if tides allow.
• Play frisbee, volleyball, or just walk the shoreline barefoot.

4:15 – 4:45 | Dunes & Golden Hour Photos

• Explore the dunes, take group shots, enjoy the softer light.
• Final relaxation before packing up.

4:45 – 5:00 | Head Back on Bus

• Catch the 102 bus from Camber back to Rye.

5:00 – 5:15 | Quick Treat in Rye

• If time allows, pop into Rye Chocolates or grab a takeaway drink before departure.

5:15+ | Departure (off-peak) ---- IMPORTANT buy an off-peak ticket.
