On October 26th, we'll be holding a special event "Halloween Chat & Game 🎃"!!

🇺🇸 This event makes speaking English easier — instead of forced conversation, you can practice English naturally while playing board games! And don’t worry — joining the language exchange is completely optional. You’re more than welcome to come just to enjoy board games, whether you speak only English, only Japanese, or a mix of both. Event Schedule • 13:20 Doors open • 13:30 Participants split into three groups: English conversation, light board games, and longer board games ※Depending on attendance, the group setup may change • 13:40 Games begin • 15:00–15:30 Table rotation (among groups who have finished their games) • 17:10 Cleanup starts • 17:20 Group photo • 17:30 Event ends 💡 Want to play something specific? Feel free to bring your own board games (that you’ll be responsible for). ⸻ Notes & Cancellations • If you don’t show up three times without notice, you’ll be put on the no-participation list. • Please cancel by the day before. Same-day cancellations are generally treated as no-shows, since it prevents people on the waiting list from joining. • Even if you’re on the waiting list, please cancel if you know you can’t come. Otherwise, you may get auto-registered last minute and counted as a no-show. We kindly ask everyone to join only if you agree to these rules. Thank you for your cooperation and support! 🇯🇵 このイベントでは、無理に話題を探す必要はありません。ボードゲームを遊びながら、自然に英語で会話ができます！ もちろん、英語での交流を希望しない方も大歓迎。純粋にボードゲームを楽しみたい方もご参加いただけます。日本語オンリーでも英語オンリーでも問題ありません。 イベントスケジュール • 13:20 開場 • 13:30 参加者を3つのグループに分けます（英会話・軽めのゲーム・じっくりゲーム） ※参加人数によっては、希望通りのグループに分かれられない場合があります。 • 13:40 各グループでゲーム開始 • 15:00–15:30 ゲームが終わったグループのみテーブル交代 • 17:10 片付け開始 • 17:20 集合写真 • 17:30 終了 💡「このゲームをやりたい！」というものがあれば、ぜひお持ち込みください（管理は各自でお願いします）。 ⸻ 注意事項・キャンセルについて • 連絡なしの欠席が合計3回になると、以後ご参加をお断りさせていただきます。 • キャンセルは前日までにお願いします。当日キャンセルは基本的に無断欠席扱いとなります（そのため、待機リストの方が参加できなくなります）。 • 待機リストに登録している場合でも、参加できないと分かった時点で必ずキャンセルしてください。当日直前に繰り上げ参加となる可能性があり、そのまま無断欠席扱いになることがあります。 以上の点に同意いただける方のみご参加をお願いいたします。ご協力ありがとうございます！
