What we’re about
Looking for a space where young adults (18–35) can read, reflect, and share ideas without it feeling like homework? Welcome to Guys’ Book Club Birmingham (name in progress aha).
This is a monthly meet-up for men to socialise and discuss books. We’ll focus mainly on literary fiction and classics, and occasionally branch out into other genres too.
What to expect:
A friendly, relaxed environment (think friends chatting over coffee, not a classroom book report)
Discussion and the exchange of different thoughts and opinions
The chance to build real connections through a shared love of reading
When/Where:
Once a month. Local cafés in Birmingham (bookstores if we can make it happen).
The first date, location and book is yet to be determined - I am waiting for some interest.
This is a men-only group. I started it to create a space for guys to be able to discuss literature in a social setting.
