Some people seem to say and do just the right things to rile you. But the Bible says the source of a conflict isn’t always another person or a situation. Therefore, you can learn to keep cool in conflict and promote future change, despite outside influences.

• Why to focus on changing yourself, instead of waiting for someone else to change
• When to seek help from others in managing conflict
