Join me for a relaxed outdoor Hulahoop session in front of the Chinese Garden in Zurich – no experience needed!

🕢 When: 19:30 (sharp)
📍 Where: On the grass in front of the main entrance to the seebadi Enge

What to expect:

• Light movement & flow with music
• Easy waist hooping & playful exercises
• A joyful way to shake off your workday

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes
• Water to stay hydrated
• And a friend – hooping is more fun together!
