Intro to Bhakti Yoga – Class & Workshop Description
10:00 AM – Intro Talk & Kirtan Meditation (20–30 minutes)
We begin the day with a gentle introduction to Bhakti Yoga through
Kirtan, breath awareness, and simple mindfulness practices. This
opening session creates a grounded space of peace, presence, and heart
connection. Participants are guided into a short meditation
accompanied by live Kirtan, supporting inner stillness and devotional
focus.
We’ll touch on the foundational principles of Bhakti Yoga in a
down-to-earth, accessible way—how devotion naturally awakens and how
you can begin cultivating a simple, personal daily practice that fits
your existing lifestyle. The intention is to help you experience a
steady sense of connection with the Divine—natural, effortless, and
present throughout your day.

1:00 PM – Bhakti Workshop & Book Exploration
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the new BhaktiYogaMonk books—
Bhakti: The Art of Loving God and its companion workbook.
This workshop will offer deeper guidance on integrating Bhakti
principles into daily life, using the books as tools for devotion,
reflection, and inner growth.
There will be space for discussion, questions, and further Kirtan as
time allows.
