Intro to Bhakti Yoga – Class Description
This Bhakti Yoga class opens with Kirtan and mindfulness practices, creating a space of presence, peace, and inner connection.
Participants are then guided through a meditation accompanied by Kirtan music, deepening the heart’s openness and receptivity.
We’ll explore the foundational principles of Bhakti Yoga in a devotional and accessible way, offering guidance on how to create a personalized daily devotional practice that flows naturally within your current lifestyle. The aim is to cultivate a continual sense of connection with the Divine—effortless, natural, and ever-present throughout the day.
The class concludes with a Q&A session, and any remaining time within the 60–90 minute format will be filled with more uplifting Kirtan.
