Welcome to Hike 15: Yoga and Mindfulness.
I’m going to pull myself briefly out of Vinyasa teaching retirement, ha- and offer some simple, standing (no mat needed)- poses, Then we will discuss and actually practice mindfulness, on our walk.

We will meet and introduce ourselves, then I will elaborate further on the chosen topic for discussion, and outline the logistics and rules of how we will be communicating within the group.

This is definitely a brisk pace (3.5 on a treadmill as reference).
Bring water and wear hiking shoes or solid sneakers with good support. For safety on the trail, please no flip flops, uggs etc.
But most importantly, bring an open heart and an open mind:)
