ABOUT THE HOSTS:
Tannaz is a certified relationship coach, registered psychotherapist (qualifying), author, & breath work coach. She is also the host of the Minutes on Growth Podcast and founder of the Minutes on Growth community , two platforms where she creates content, organizes and leads both in person & virtual workshops. Based out of Toronto, Canada.
Arezu is a lifelong yogi, began Meditation at 5 & became youngest Kundalini teacher at age 14. She teaches over 10 styles of Yoga for all ages + Meditation & Energy Healings through her brand InspireZU - inspiring YOU! She offers 1-1 sessions, international retreats, corporate wellness, and online courses. She is also a certified Brain Specialist, bridging science & spirituality, teaching how to reverse memory loss. Based out of Miami, Florida.
