Spring Into Spring Garden, Part Two
Details
Thanks to everyone who attended Part One; you've inspired me to get the
second one off and running as soon as I could.
But it took me a while to physically get up there and explore the various route possibilities. I now see that there's so much to focus on in what's called the "Spring Arts District" alone that we can limit ourself to that for the time being and still risk experiencing sensory overload. :) This small but colorful area extends from 10th to 11th and Spring Garden to Hamilton Streets. Here's the lineup:
Hope Medallions, 990 Spring Garden St
Spring Garden Neighborhood Mural, 469 N 10th St
Union Transfer, 1026 Spring Garden St (but this is actually a series of small murals on Nectarine Street in back of the venue in the title)
Amplify, 1026 Spring Garden St
La Chinesca, 1036 Spring Garden St, La Chinesca
Memory of My Life, 1039 Spring Garden St
There Is Trouble 'Til The Robins Come, 1025 Hamilton St, Love City Brewery (but, once again, the mural is on the back wall of the venue on Buttonwood St)
Buttonwood Street Parking Lot including the addresses 1025 Hamilton S, 1016 Buttonwood St, and 448 N 10th St:
Can We Call This Life?
Limpia Limpia
Urban Explorations
Mural without a title
The World is a Ghetto
Parejita
Hamilton Street Mural, 1016 Hamilton St.
Spring Arts, 448 N 10th St
Vote!, 448 N 10th St
Smoke Signals, 448 N 10th St.
As always, those of us who are up for it can go for food/drink after either
4:00 or a point of diminishing returns... :)
