Our first Second Thursday on North American Street
Details
I have a conflict on the next First Friday, but I propose that we meet the
next week for Second Thursday! :) This takes place in three buildings on
North American Street (addresses on said street coming up), the websites
of which I'll quote from here.
The Clay Studio at 1425 from 5:00 to 8:00: Stop by The Clay Studio for a
late night viewing of our current exhibitions, American Crib: What's
Happening? by Roberto Lugo, and the Radical Americana Welcome Hub.
Light fare & drinks will be provided, this event is free and open to all!

Crane Arts across the street at 1400 from 6:00 to 9:00: ... be sure to visit all
galleries on the Second Thursday of each month, 6pm-9pm, for exhibition
opening/closing receptions!

The Wheelhouse at 1800 from 6:00 to 8:00: On the second Thursday of
each month, the Wheelhouse opens its doors for building-wide open house
events, inviting the community to explore its creative spaces. We joined this
neighborhood tradition along American Street with the many galleries and
studios in Crane Arts and The Clay Studio ... Light drinks and refreshments
will be provided. Each month will feature new artists, makers and inspiration!

Due to the listed timeframes, the order of stops that makes the most sense
is:
1. The Clay Studio
2. The Wheelhouse
3. Crane Arts
So see you at the first stop inside the main exhibit on the first floor (it's to the left of the gift shop)! The last time I was there, food was available in the area on the other side of the gift shop, :) while drinks were available in a back yard area that can be accessed through both spaces. And the time before that, I learned that the fourth floor of the building is also open to the public on request. I'd say that It's highly worth seeing, so we can ask. :)
