Arts in the Dark Parade (Downtown)

Arts in the Dark is a magical evening parade that celebrates Halloween as the "artist's holiday".
The parade used to be on State Street, but not it is on Columbus Drive going North from Balbo to Monroe.
We can try to meet behind the museum on the West side of Columbus Drive to watch the parade. Message me if you are coming. I will try to post what I will be wearing - costumes are recommended.
