Group Hypnotherapy - Healing Insecurity

Group Hypnotherapy Sessions with Sunlit Pathways are on the first Sunday of every month. Each month, we tackle a different topic and address what I often reference as "soul wounds". These can be the result of trauma, or something that has been with you your entire life,

In this session, we will work on releasing the following:
• Feelings of insecurity in all areas of your life.
• Experiences of feeling insecure at any time.
• Any soul agreements/vows/contracts that resulted from any of the experiences that were cleared.
• Any soul agreements/vows/contracts that have caused you to believe you deserve to feel guilty.
