Group Hypnotherapy Sessions with Sunlit Pathways are typically on the first Sunday of every month (with an occasional shuffle).

I utilize a specialized modality called Cellular Release Therapy (CRT), which creates profound shifts at the cellular, soul, and subconscious level with each topic chosen.

Each month, we address a different topic, bringing healing to what I often refer to as "soul wounds." These can be the result of trauma, or something that has been with you your entire life,
