Group Hypnotherapy - 1st Sunday every month

Group Hypnotherapy Sessions with Paula Robbins, the founder of Sunlit Pathways, are held on the first Sunday of every month (with an occasional shuffle).

I utilize a specialized modality called Cellular Release Therapy (CRT), which creates profound shifts at the cellular, soul, and subconscious level with each topic chosen.

Each month, we address a different topic, bringing healing to what I often refer to as "soul wounds." These can be the result of trauma, or something that has been with you your entire life,

This transformative experience will help you release conditioning, many triggering experiences, beliefs and soul contracts that are related to any difficulty with the topic of the month.
