Housing Providers Spooky Scary Stories and how to solve them!

“Housing Providers deal with some stuff that can be Spooky, Chilling, Petrifying, Rotten, Off Putting and so many more gruesome stuff. The hosts have experienced some gruesome things and will share with pictures/videos of those experiences. Plus we will have others as well that will share their tales of horror. Then we will have answers on how to solve those frights. Come hear our tales and prepare yourself to be scared to bits but then prepared to be amazed right out of your seat with tips, tricks and treats of knowledge on how to solve these puzzling situations.

Please join us in costume as it is our spooky 👻 season event! If you dare join us without a costume. We will be providing some frocks for the night that must be returned upon your departure!

This is one of our free events. Guides Sports Bar does have food options and great drink selections as well. But this is a “BYOF and BYOB event!” (BYOF = buy your own food BYOB = buy your beverages) Guides does us the helping hand to utilize their space. But we do have to meet a food/beverage quota.

Well let me tell you! Southwest Housing Providers Group. Is a non-profit organization that is part of the NBOA. We are part of their umbrella.

We create networking events to educate all types of Housing providers with specific subjects to aid them with their journey. These topics are everything from evictions, laws, taxes, loans and so much more. We are looking for members as part of our organization. In order for us to stick around and provide these events filled with tons of knowledge. We need support with membership. We know you will see our value at our events. By providing subject events with packloads of knowledge and by Networking with other like minded individuals.

The NBOA serves the members of its eleven community building owner affiliates. (We are one of those!) Like those affiliates, the NBOA is a forum for information, professional development and networking.

In addition, the NBOA advocates on behalf of small and mid-sized housing providers. Its team of professionals works to tell the story of neighborhood housing in the media, and to lobby public officials to ensure housing providers are part of housing policy.
