Many of us believe that leading is from the top down. But according to the notion of "extreme ownership", leading also means leading those above and around you. How is that possible? Special individuals and teams lead in a way to hit their targets and complete the mission. We'll show you how.

We’ll cover

• Recap on leadership

• 360 leadership

• Why should I lead people around me?

• Why should I lead my managers?

• Ego: the greatest enemy

• It's all about (genuine) relationships

• How to fully lead

• Case studies

• Open discussions

Audience

• Any human being that wants to advance her/his career in a special way
