Extreme Ownership - Lead Yourself and Others for Optimal Outcomes

Details

This will be a 2 hrs presentation, case studies, and Q&A about a leadership approach called extreme ownership that is gaining a lot of traction in management circles. The approach (developed by the consulting firm Echelon Front) is not solely for managers. It applies to any individual who wants to have a significant impact on their performance and the performance of her/his team. I have been involved in Extreme Ownership for the last 2 years, have been exposed to Echelon Front’s mentoring program (MUSTER, conferences, 1:1 mentoring, etc), and will relay practical experience of its application at the individual level and at the team level.

• The dichotomy of leadership
• Winning the war within (teams are about the leaders, believe, ego)
• Execute (cover & move, simplicity, prioritize & execute, decentralize)
• Sustaining (plan, leadership 360, uncertainty, discipline equals freedom)

3 copies of Extreme Ownership will be given to 3 lucky participants.

• What to bring: Nothing.

• Important to know: Leadership issues (upward, downward, and around you).
