Join us at Dillon State Park (about 2.25 hours drive) for a weekend of kayaking, biking and camping! Please only sign up IF you have booked a site. We have a small group going with sites 128, 130, 132, 134. The sites across from us are all open so far. Arrive anytime after 3 pm on Friday - we will meet around one of these sites for an evening campfire to plan the next day.

We will be kayaking the beautiful Blackhand Gorge State Nature Preserve on Saturday and then biking the short 8 mile round trip trail through the nature preserve afterwards. PFD's are a must for this river trip. We will organize our own shuttles and Liz will give a safety talk. See more about it here: https://ohiodnr.gov/go-and-do/plan-a-visit/find-a-property/blackhand-gorge-state-nature-preserve

Sunday will be kayaking Dillon Lake. It's a 1,560 acre unlimited horsepower lake, but we will explore either the east side or north west side via one of the nearby boat launches.

Dillon State Park also has a nature center and Storybook Trail, 8.9 miles of hiking trails and 18 miles of mountain biking trails (ranked in the state’s top 3 trails), fishing, swimming at the beach, and an archery range so there is no lack of activities. We'll see what else we can fit in!
