## ⚡ What We're Building

• A Real-World "Sales AI" Agent 🤖 We are moving beyond simple chatbots. You will use Snowflake Intelligence to orchestrate a sophisticated agent capable of analyzing structured sales data and unstructured support transcripts simultaneously. You’ll walk away with the code and the know-how to turn your own data into actionable intelligence.
• The Complete AI Stack 🛠️ You will get hands-on access to the specific features that power an intelligent agent:
• Cortex Search: We'll implement vector search to let your agent "read" unstructured documents.
• Cortex Analyst: We'll set up semantic models so your agent can "query" structured SQL data using natural language.
• Custom Functions: We'll write Python UDFs to give your agent specialized logic and superpowers.

• For Beginners: If you are new to AI or Snowflake, don't worry. We provide a step-by-step manual and have experts in the room to guide you through every line of code. You will leave with a working agent.
• For Experts: If you are already a pro, the lab provides the perfect sandbox. You can race through the basics and spend your time experimenting with custom prompts, advanced UDF logic, and pushing the limits of the new Snowflake Intelligence features.
