Grief lives in the body — and so does healing.

Join us for Grief & Grace, a nurturing 2-hour community experience designed to help you sit with and begin to gently release your grief through guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki, and the power of compassionate community. This is a unique version of a Reiki Share experience and, as such, Level 2 Reiki Practitioners and above are welcome to practice their training here as well as receive for themselves.

Whether you're actively grieving a loss, holding unspoken sorrow, feeling the weight of the world, or simply needing a reset — You are not going crazy & this space is for you.

What to Expect:

• Grounding Guided Meditation
• Embodied Grief Release
• Reiki & Sound Healing (432Hz crystal bowls + sound instruments)
• Reiki Share (receive + give if attuned to Level 2 or above)
• Tea, Snacks & Community Sharing

~ No Reiki experience required.
~ All are welcome.
~ A beautiful opportunity to experience the healing benefits of Reiki at a reduced rate.
~ Limited to 12 participants for an intimate and supported experience.
